The following resources are directly related to running the MySTL program in your school. Please take the time to download and go through the materials. These guides will be updated over time. Some of these materials will be in English and some will be in Bahasa Malayu. Please check back here frequently as we will continually update available materials in our efforts to provide you with every possible resource to make your program successful.

How the ISTE Technology Literacy Standards Match the TechYES Curriculum: While the TechYES curriculum is optional in the MySTL program, it has many valuable resources throughout and also covers a wide-range of 21st Century Technology Issues. This document shows how the material covered in each Unit of curriculum corresponds to the International Society for Technology Education’s standards for students. It may be downloaded here.
ISTE Technology Standards for Teachers: Although the MySTL Program is a student-centric model, ISTE does provide standards for the 21st Century teacher as well. Although not implicitly relevant to the MySTL program, this document outlines these standards and is available here.
Gather, Organize, Construct, and Share Handout: The ISTE Technology Literacy Standards are made more student-centric in the MySTL program by using the terms Gather, Organize, Construct, and Share- these are integral steps that should be gone through in any project. This document shows examples of what is meant by each term as well as questions that students or peer mentors may ask of the project when it is time for evaluation. It may be downloaded here.
List of Recommended Software: The TechYES program doesn’t require any particular piece of software to be successful. This list provides software recommendations students can use as they complete a variety of projects. Many resources are free and open-source so cost should not be a factor in doing a particular type of project. It may be downloaded here.
Translated Materials:
